1 can chickpeas, drained

Dressing

2/3 cup good quality Flax or Olive oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
One Tbsp onion flakes
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Place salad ingredients in bowl & toss with dressing just before serving.
