Healthier Tropical Fruit Pizza


A healthier version of the popular fruit pizza! This version is free of gluten, grain, dairy, and refined sugar! Can easily be made vegan by omitting the egg and using the dairy-free alternatives listed.

  • 3 tbsp Almond milk
  • 1 Egg
Canned Goods
  • 1 Coconut cream, Whipped
Condiments
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot Starch
  • 1 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 Shortbread crust
Dairy
  • 1 cups Coconut milk/cream
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil or grass-fed butter
Other
  • edible flowers, optional
